Returns & Exchanges

Here at Mumma & Co Handmade, each of your products are made by hand, to order. We want you to be happy with your products and if you have any concerns or issues with them, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form on this website or by emailing mummaandcohandmade@gmail.com and we will do our absolute best to help you.

Unfortunately we cannot offer any returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases of nursing pads and baby wipes. 

When ordering dribble bibs, we highly recommend you measure your child's neck circumference and compare this to the size description written in the dribble bib listing. If you have any queries about this please contact us prior to ordering and we can advise which size will suit your child best. If despite this, the bib you ordered is too small, we will happily exchange it for a new bib in a bigger size, providing it is unused (aside from trying it on) and unwashed, and you will be required to pay for tracked return postage as well as postage of your new product(s) once it has been made (postage cost = $8.95). Please be advised that regular turn around times will apply due to the fact that all items are custom made by hand. 

To arrange an exchange please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order either via the contact us page on this website, or by emailing mummaandcohandmade@gmail.com

Please be aware that after returned items have been received, they will be checked over thoroughly to ensure that they are in new, unworn and unwashed condition as they were when they were initially sent out to you. If the item has been worn, washed or is damaged in any way we do reserve the right to return the item to you without refund or exchange. 

Initial shipping costs cannot be refunded to you if you go ahead with a return or exchange.

For change of mind returns or order cancellations, a restocking fee of 3.5% of your total order amount will apply due to payment gateway surcharges that cannot be reclaimed.
